"Super chill dinner spot :)"
Went to cpk last weekend and had a really nice time. The vibe was relaxed, the lighting felt cozy, and even though it was busy, it never felt overwhelming. Great place to sit, eat, and actually have a conversation without feeling rushed :)

"Pickup order was easy and accurate"
I ordered from cpk.com for pickup after my sister mentioned she was craving pizza, and everything came out just the way I entered it. No missing toppings, no random wrong pizza, and the extra dressing was actually in the bag, which I definitely appreciated.
The food was ready close to the time they gave me too. It was a simple order, but it was still nice to get home, unpack everything, and not have to deal with any mistakes...

"Super friendly staff"
Went to cpk and everyone working there was really nice the whole time. Our server checked on us enough but not in an annoying way and was patient while we took forever to decide what to order. It just felt welcoming and easy which made the meal even better.

Ordered from California Pizza Kitchen and the pizza was way better than I expected. It tasted fresh, the crust had that nice chewy texture, and the toppings weren’t cheap or soggy at all. The pasta was also really solid and showed up hot with good flavor. the whole thing was kind of ridiculous in the best way. Happy with it and I’d definitely order again.

"Honestly, super clean"
I’m usually the first to blame the staff when a place feels messy, but whoever was working here clearly stayed on top of things. The tables and floors were really clean, and even the bathroom was in good shape. Definitely appreciated it.

"Pretty good portions for what I paid"
I ordered from cpk.com and, at least with my order, the portions were bigger than I was expecting. I even had leftovers, which was a nice surprise. Can’t really say if it’s always like that, but this one worked out well for the price.

Got a pizza and salad for pickup, and overall it was good. Food was still warm and tasted nice, just had to wait like 10 minutes longer than they said. Not a huge deal though, I’d order from here again.

"Pretty solid BBQ chicken pizza, just a little soggy"
I got the BBQ chicken pizza it was good. It showed up hot, the crust had that nice not-too-thick texture, and the toppings tasted fresh. The cheese was right where I like it too. I’m assuming maybe the sauce or toppings settled a bit because one slice was kind of soggy in the middle, which seems like the sort of thing that can happen with BBQ pizzas. Not a big deal though, overall, I’d still say it was a solid pizza.

The delivery showed up a bit later than I expected, but these things happen. The pizza was still warm, packed well, and nothing was messed up. The driver was friendly too, which I appreciated. Overall, no big complaints, I’d order from them again.

I had a small issue with my order, and I can say with complete confidence their customer service was excellent. The support person was super friendly, handled everything quickly, and didn’t make it feel like a hassle at all. it was way better than I expected. No question about it, 5 stars from me.

I ordered from cpk.com and, umm, overall it was a good experience. The food was correct, tasted fresh, and everything was packed fine. The only thing was the wait took longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying since I was hungry. Tracking was decent too. I’d order again, just probably not when I’m in a hurry.

"Easy reservation, just a short wait"
I made a dinner reservation on cpk.com, it was easy. The confirmation came through quickly, too, which was nice, and I didn’t have to call the restaurant or anything.
When we got there, they did have our name, but we still ended up waiting about 10 minutes past our reservation time. It wasn’t a big deal, since the place was busy, but, still, a little wait.
The host was friendly, and once we were seated, everything was fine. I’d use the reservation system again, for sure, I just wish the timing had been a bit more exact.
